Is Your Money Having Babies?

Do you invest? If your answer is no, why not? Is it because we were never taught the fundamentals of money growing up? If you dont think your savvy enough why not get an advisor? Oh they cost too much money, why not form an investment group? Or you just afraid of the stock market in general?

Do you believe that you should be working hard for money or that you should be working hard to have more money working hard for you?

Is your money producing, or are you David Blaining your money when it comes in contact with you, showing no sign of being in your possession and you putting it to work in some form even if it's just earning compound interest somewhere?

I'm not a proponent of slavery, but in this case money needs to be put to work, I mean crack that whip on them like their name is Trip from the movie "Glory"

FYI: Thrasher Funds is a great company that helps you understand the market and finances, their website is: WWW.thrasherfunds.com

It's Your Attitude And Your "Perception" CCC

How do you view obstacles, do yo get upset when they come, do they feel like someone or something is vying you to see how quick you'll give up on what your trying to achieve and take another path that will lead you down a completely different road you did not intend to take?

An interview with Michael Phelps was conducted and he spoke on this and how he doesn't let ANYTHING stop him from achieving what he wants to do in the sport of swimming, and we can see how far that has gotten him. I'm pretty sure he has applied this attitude into other aspects of his life as well.

The statement Phelps made was this:

"For me when I watch other sports, when I watch Tiger Woods, when I watch [tennis player] Roger Federer, when I watch [tennis player] Rafael Nadal, the best athletes can compete under any circumstances. No matter what it is, no matter what the pressure, you can always overcome whatever is put in your way."

This was the question:

"What do you think separates the people who are merely gifted from those like you who in this instance, won?"

What's your Legacy?

When does this thought process begin? Should it start when your in your thirties, twenties or your teens?

How will people remember you when you leave this relm?

Will your family miss you but have a great blueprint and financial prowess to help them navigate through life without you there?

Will you have had a positive effect and great memories from people you came in contact with?

What will they say about you?

What Will The Dog Do?

What will the dog do if he ever caught that car? I dont think they've really thought that part out.

Why are they chasing that car? Is it because they've seen other dogs doing it?

Why do we go after what we go after, do we think about what will happen if we ever get some of the things that we look for? Are we mentally, physically and spiritually ready for what will come if we obtain what it is we are pursuing? Being prepared is key, having a plan of attack is key, because when and if we catch that metaphoric vehicle, then what?

http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalradar/2008/08/protesters-what.html

The vehicle for these gentlemen was to make a "statement" to Obama and get publicity while doing it, but I dont think they did enought research, and their plan wasn't well thought out. They caught their vehicle but look at what happened after they caught it.

What Are You Telling Them?

What are we telling our children? And what were we told?

Are we telling them the importance of education?
Are we telling them how great they are?
Are we telling them about finances?
Are we telling them what to expect through out stages of life, giving them things to look forward to?
Are we telling them about goal setting?
Are we telling them about the importance of communication?

There are several forms of communication and children get most of their comportment from what they see at home. So what are they going to take from what they see at home, when they take it into the world, will it benefit them?

What's Your View

If someone ask to give a positive assessment of yourself what would the results be, and with careful thought how can you use these attributes as a fulcrum to taking yourself to a higher level in your life?

This is simple but yet powerful, have you really analyzed the positives of yourself and how you can use them to your benefit and the benefit of others?

WHO ARE YOU!!

This was the chant at the NY Giants parade on February 6 2008 in lower Manhattan, as the floats passed by with the great players who won the Superbowl, the fans all cheered loudly for the players, and it was well deserved. But as certain floats passed by with the Executives of the team on board, the chant from the crowd was "Who Are You!! Who Are You!!", and all the Executives with their Suites and Ties did was smile and continue to wave and go on the route. Now I thought to myself, their mindset must be "Who Am I?, I really dont care if you know me or not, just know that if we are paying these players the salaries they earn what do you think I'm making? LOL Who am I?

I've heard a certain entertainer say, "I can make you famous or I can make you rich, which do you prefer?".

Sure you can make the argument and say the fame is more fullfilling, having people go crazy when they see you, the recognition of the public, then this all falls into play with, what is more important to you?
